Fun on the radio

I had a lovely time on Saturday filling in as co-host with Tony Murrell on Radio Live's home and garden show. I shared a couple of recipes (smoked fish and vege pilaf and the famous peanut butter chocolate chip cookies) and we chatted about healthy lunches, portion sizes and more.
