These are awesome. Just trust me - make them now and you can eat them in 25 minutes. (And no, there's not supposed to be any flour in them).
Peanut butter and chocolate cookies
Makes 20 - 24 cookies
Time to make: 20 minutes
1 cup peanut butter
¾ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
85g dark chocolate, chopped into chunks
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 180C. Combine peanut butter, egg, sugar and baking soda in a bowl and mix well. Add chocolate chunks and stir to combine.
Step 2 Roll small teaspoonfuls of mixture and place on a tray lined with baking paper, about 5cm apart.
Step 3 Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Cool on the tray for a few minutes before removing to cool. These cookies have a soft, chewy texture.
